All blocks transparent and not show skins

Does this continue to happen if you close Minecraft and then load it again?

I have this same issue but i am on bedrock version playstation 4 whenever i go into the nether and then come back to the overworld a certain area shows like a x-ray glitch underground transparent chunks that you can walk on and not fall into the void.
