Don't know if you can fix the problem or not but it's the space odyssey texture pack has a bug. The bug is the reticle has a black square obstructing the view a little.

However, this issue is Invalid.
I found 3 add-ons on the Marketplace with the word Odyssey in the name. Only one was a resource pack, so I assume you're talking about Odyssey: The Sci-Fi Pack. As this is a product maintained by a third party, Mojang is unable to fix it for you. Please contact Galingueur directly for assistance. (You might also just wait a few days, as Marketplace developers may need a few days after a release before they are able to provide updated versions of their packs.)
