When I try to craft a honey block on my 2X2 grid when I play Bedrock Edition Minecraft on my phone, my honey bottles turn into regular glass bottles, but I don't get I honey block. I crafted honey blocks on the 2X2 grid before, but then it stopped working. I hope this can be fixed.
@David John LaGrone Junior your issue is covered in MCPE-63461.
I actually experienced this glitch briefly while testing MCPE-58579 in 1.14.30 on iOS. I can't reproduce it though.
Update: after spending some more time testing the difference between survival and creative behavior and 2x2 vs 3x3 crafting grids, I started to experience inventory glitches similar to what you have captured here. I suspect it is just a variant of the same bug or an inventory corruption caused by the bug. See my 2/15 comment on MCPE-58579.
