[MCPE-63103] On PS4 I cannot change my skin

Hello there!

I have ran into an issue on the Minecraft ps4 bedrock edition. For some reason I cannot change or access any of my bought skin packs or texture packs from the Minecraft store. Below there is an image of what it shows!

The same thing is happening to me too. I restart my PlayStation weekly and it still won't load.
