I have had the same problem since bedrock came to ps4 and I've have tried it all including deleting the game and nothing worked.
The same is happening to me also I bought a sweater and it says failed to select and I can wear ones I didn't buy.
The same thing is happening to me too. I restart my PlayStation weekly and it still won't load.
