[MCPE-63132] There is a problem with the internet connection, when I want to connect to a friend's world, it can't be done and the same thing happens to him (you can't enter my world online)

My friends can not connect to my world online, I can not enter their world, my friend has a huawei and my friend has an Iphone X. I would like to know what I can do or just wait for it to be fixed.
I also send the screenshots, so that they see that in chat it does not come out that connects with the world, it only comes out that they have disconnected from the world.
