Major FPS drop in Beta 1.15.0.51

Beta just updated this morning 2/13/2020. Played the game less than 12 hours ago and FPS was normal at 60.1. Opened the Beta update and FPS has not increased above 14 during gameplay. This has essentially rendered the game unplayable. I have closed and reopened the game; opened backups of my world; shutdown and restarted Windows; even turned off the computer and started it back up. None of these has helped the FPS issue. The following is the full info from my Beta version:

beta 1.15.0.51 (cli-p392, s-1418101108) Windows 10 UWP Build, NVIDIA GeForce 840M, FPS: 13.5, Server Time: 11.2, Mem: 1275, Highest Mem: 1806, Free Mem: 17409, GUI Scale: 4.0

The very same issue with me, as well. Opened a backup world for my main world, and began to mess around on a copy. Frames dropped over 50% (from 60 to 30) in all dimensions, and seems to be only affecting worlds made before the Beta.

Edit: debug information for devs, beta1.15.0.51 (cli-p392, s1770030287) SAMSUNG SM-J727P, Adreno (TM) 506, Android 8.1.0 FPS:24.3, Server Time:8.8, Mem: 278, Highest Mem:278, Free Mem:344, GUI Scal: 3.0

I have the same issue as well. The FPS drops from 60.0 to 3/2 every time i want to play with pureBDcraft textures and the game is unplayable, this issue started when it was updated to version from 1.14 to 1.15.0.51.

Thanks for the information provided so far. If you have any other information about packs etc that might be causing the issue, please include them.

Additionally, if you haven't already please include details about your system (RAM, CPU, GPU spec).
If you like you can run dxdiag and copy the relevant information from there. (Win+R → dxdiag) - be sure to remove any personal information, just the PC specs would be useful.

Ever since the 1.15 beta update my husband and I both have had significant frame rate drops. We managed to stay consistently at 60 prior to this update. The drop fluctuates constantly from anywhere between 9 to 20 in most instances. However, you can put your crosshairs on the ground and it shoots back up to 60 FPS. Standing still, the frame rates and server time fluctuate constantly but at around the same level. The highest memory is at 2043 with free memory at 3174. I am playing on an Xbox One console and my husband is on an Xbox One S console.

Could you please provide some screenshots that show when the FPS is dropping?

Also, if there is any more information about whether this is affecting certain worlds, biomes, mobs, or particles, please let us know!
