Shearing sheep doesn't display the shorn sheep.
If you log out and in, then they display correctly, but don't update
Steps to Reproduce:
Spawn a sheep.
Shear it.
Observe that the sheep still looks unsheared.
Reload the world.
Observe that the sheep now looks sheared, but when it eats grass, it still looks sheared.
Reload the world again and observe that the sheep now looks unsheared.

I think this might be related to MCPE-63135
Mob state not updating, possibly a client-server coordination problem—I think it could be related to MCPE-59043.

What part of the sheep shearing is suppose to be fixed in v1.15.0.56? I am playing in Windows 10 PC, see above video.
I noticed this too!! I play on Xbox Edition, and whenever I “shear” a sheep it drops wool identities, however, the sheep still remains to appear un-sheared. After 30 seconds or so, the sheep will suddenly switch to the sheared sheep form. (Generally, the shearing animation is just delayed).
