I can't create, edit or use classic skins. It only loads infinitely or doesn't shows content. It doesn't even load capes. Photos are below.

For me out of my 5 skins the only skin that loads is my herobrine skin, I figured it was the spot it was it so I switched places with another skin but when I reloaded the herobrine skin was once again the only one to load. Is this weird to you too?
