So i was going mining, and when i had got about six hundred blocks from spawn a lot of the chunks were missing and replaced with a super flat chunk. it seemed to go on for ever.

Did you have any addons applied to the world? I've tried making numerous worlds on my Xbox and none have behaved the way you describe.
Are you able to share the world seed? Was this a world converted from an old world or anything like that?

I didn’t have any add-ons, the seed is 909855068 and you should spawn in a jungle. The world was first opend in 1.13.0 then updated to 1.14.30 the glitch occurs when going south from spawn.Â

In your last comment are you saying you renamed this to have the same name as an existing super flat world? If not, then it is not clear what that comment says.

I do believe that this was linked to the world disappearing glich that happened a while ago this glitch happened when that glich was unresolved. but it hasn't happened again so i think it is fixed
