It appears that once you reach a certain distance from main spawn the game has trouble processing the area and things like mobs dying or items dropping slow down, I noticed the bug when I moved away from main spawn through the nether and came out about a thousand blocks away from main spawn.

I went through the neither by about 126 blocks built a portal then went through, that's when I began experiencing the slowness of everything

Hi Brody,
Please provide as much information about what co-ordinates you experience issues and the device you're on. I build ~3k blocks in my server on both iOS, Xbox and Win10 and have not experienced the kind of issues you're experiencing.
When you say you came out 1000 blocks away was that nether or overworld distance?
