This usually happens when the game soft-locks, after a communication error (unable to sign in) or randomly.
I do not have any screenshots right now, but at this moment that i'm making this report, my Switch is currently freezed.
I really don't understand how can a game like Minecraft temporarily freeze an entire Nintendo Switch console.

a fix i found is to hold down power button for 12 seconds to shut down system.
