[MCPE-65351] Glass pane icons are still 3d in the inventory/hotbar

Glass panes in the hotbar/inventory renders as a 3d block, unlike iron bars.

How this is WAI? This was already fixed for iron bars in 1.16 so it must be fixed for glass panes too. I request this report to be reopened because I don't see any reason for this to be intended and it breaks the parity.
