If you go into the character creator screen in Minecraft Beta you can equip the "Pan Cape" Which to my knowledge should not be available to anyone. There are many youtube videos about how to get it so you can see how it works and patch it. Image is from one of the many youtube videos on the glitch. If you are reading this Thank You.

This cape appeared for some Bedrock players in character creator cape page.
It can be equipped via the cape select screen on Bedrock Edition beta versions. When an elytra is worn with the cape, it is not visible.
This cape was a placeholder available only in beta versons. (FROM THE ORIGINAL MINECRAFT WIKI)
