When Installing .mcworld , .mcpack , .mcaddon etc. the game becomes fullscreen .

Thanks for information back in like 1.11 update for Minecraft Bedrock I can Just Use The Windows 10 deafult Exit Fullscreen button and It'll work but nearly for a month everything will make game fullscreen again but I learned why .Thank you π

That usually happens because you've turned on Fullscreen in the options, and then changed to Windowed using an alternate method. If you go into your settings you will find the fullscreen slider is still on.
Each time you do one of the actions you mention, it re-reads your config and re-applies the fullscreen portion.
