[MCPE-66642] Snowfall doesn't level itself out anymore

Snowfall in cold biomes just keep building up. Before the beta, the snowfall would melt a little during the daytime to prevent it from building up so much. Now, it doesn't, I have about 2-3 blocks high of built up snow that just keeps building up.

I don't build in snow biomes because of that, snow accumulates quickly to the point where everything is filled with snow. Even the trees have blocks of snow on their leaves.

Also an issue in Xbox 1.17.40.1; in fact whole world is showing patches of snow and ice in previously temperate zones.

affects 1.19.41: snow is stacking 1 block tall and does not melt correctly. all attachments are naturally generated. sometimes the game also creates sharp borders in the snow between chunk borders and in rare cases snow spawns in places underneath full blocks. mobs spawn inside the one block tall snow too which makes them unable to move. snow can also be generated on farmland without crops.

A discovery I made by accident which is demonstrated in an attached video file: The snow is temporarily back to normal if traveled into the end and back to the overworld. Leaving and re-joining increases the snow height again, mostly back into full blocks

this has been affecting 1.19.71 and a few of its previous versions, at first i noticed the tick speed reduced somewhat after the recent hotfix but with constant snowing, the snow biomes look like white fields of potholes, i believe Java minecraft has a game rule command and setting when creating a world that could fix this issue but this has yet to be implemented (i should mention during the day/daylight is not at all melting the snow back down to 1 layer)

still an issue as of 1.20.10, it kind of sucks not being able to play or live in snowy biomes due to the light levels not melting snow, especially during day

still affects 1.20.62, torches can only melt snow still, natural sunlight does not, a more recent update that restricts snowfall to forming only to one block does actually work (but snow does not naturally melt either)

I want them to add a gamerule that stops snow from forming making my world looking like a blizzard in my snowy planes biome and covering up my builds you get what I mean?
