I already reported this issue a few weeks when I purchased the game. A few days ago they told me that it was solved, but nothing has changed. I am really angry because I have never been able to play with my friends, which was the only thing I wanted.

The comment in your previous report explains the report closure, your bug report was closed as a duplicate as we already have a report open for this issue.
A bug tracker isn't like a support service where your personal "ticket" would remain open until your problem is solved, a bug tracker just keeps track of overall bugs. As such I'm going to submit this for closure in the same way the last one was. I realise your issue is still present and would very much urge you to head over to the master ticket (MCPE-58587), upvoting it and leaving any additional information you think may be helpful.

We cannot give timelines for fixes and we do not receive updates on the progress of bugs. The Helpers and Moderators on this bug tracker are volunteers and we do not speak directly to Mojang developers.
If you want to raise the priority of a bug fix then you should add your vote on the parent/master ticket (in this case MCPE-58587). If you want to try accelerate the fix you can add a comment with new information.
Comments that just basically say you are having the issue, too, are not helpful; a vote is sufficient to communicate that.
The most helpful comments explain in detail how to reproduce the bug.
Comments that identify relevant details and plausible causes can be helpful. For example, several commenters on MCPE-58587 say they have NAT 2 connections, and this could be related to the problem.
Who told you your issue was solved? If you had an ongoing dialog with customer support, you should continue it there. We are unable to access your account here on the bug tracker.
