New generated villages lack villagers. Second screenshot is from a pre 1.16 generated village, them being present. First one is from an "newly discovered" one, with no villagers. Seed is -219366387

Some Villages generated in 1.16 are having 0-1 villager and the only villager sometimes is a baby. Happening in small villages with 3-4 houses only.
