if a block has no block under it, you can walk right through it.

Could you please upload a video of you reproducing it. Its a little unclear (at least to me) what you mean in your comment. A video would help a volunteer confirm it.

I figured out a way to recreate this, to do so simply Elytra fly strait down into a water pool, and don’t sprint. Next, walk into a block at water level. Finally, Jump out of the water.
