Al cruzar el portal del Nether estando dentro del Nether el overworld no carga y se queda en "Generando Mundo" pero cuando cierro el juego y lo abro de nuevo, aparezco en el overworld con todos mis objetos y un poco alejado del portal

This issue is covered in MCPE-44815 and a workaround has been found, which you can read in the description on that ticket.
