Ok so sometimes my WiFi goes into some weird low signal mode where normal words work but realms specifically don't work. I can still join worlds of my friends and they can still join mine. I noticed that when this happens, my inventory seemingly gets "cleared". After like 3 times of this happening, I started seeing a pattern that when my Wifi got glitched out i would have a seperate inventory/e-chest. So basically I would have 2 separate inventory's and e-chests in one world with the same account.

It sounds like you are not able to log in to your XBoxLive account when WiFi is not working, so it is connecting you as a local LAN player. This is like connecting with different accounts. Without being logged in to XBoxLive the game can’t tell that you are the same person as that account.
