The options for resource pack resolution will not load while in a world. I've given the loading bar over a minute to finish and it still would not load.

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete.
