While using redstone devices (sticky pistons moving redstone blocks to light redstone lamps, looped so they would turn off and on), my son would launch multicolored rockets. Shortly after the rockets would go off and complete vanish from the sky, the game would crash out to the dashboard for our xbox one x. We have a video of what happens but the file is too large. My sone has managed to be able to repeat this consistantly.ย

Further testing has shown it has something to do with what appears to be the use of numerous multicoloured fireworks, especially those that use the fireworks stars
It seems to be a problem with shaped and multicoloured fireworks. The more colours, the more reliable the ability to crash the game becomes
Thank you for the detailed information. Unfortunately, I have not been able to reproduce the crash in Windows 10. I launched 32 of these as close to all at once as I could:
[media]I noticed no ill effects.
Since you say you are able to reproduce this consistently, perhaps there is a hardware limitation you are dealing with on the XBox One X. Do you get a crash from using just one of the 7-color twinkle fireworks, or are you using many at once?
I haven't tried it since the newest update to the beta but my son had it crash when he used two or more colours and launched multiple rockets but it would crash with only one or two atย 7 colours. I will double check this later to see if it still is present
So, we just tested it with even more complex rockets then we originally we crashing the game with and nothing happened. We used the same seed that was used to create the orginal problem but haven't been able to repeat after 1.16.0.58 update...
Have you tried the twinkle effect again? We had another report of the twinkle effect causing a crash on XBox One in 1.16.0.55. (MCPE-68527)
Thank you for your report!

Redstone devices were removed and still crashed when the rockets were used. This is happening in creative mode, not sure if doing the same in survival or not. The world was a blank one that my son had created and was trying different things in. Amoung some of the stuff was that her made a bee farm near where the rockets were being used. We have a saved unmodified version (from the time of the orginal crash) of the world that this is happening in that. We are now wondering if this has something to do with the rockets themselves or in combination with the bees.
