When harvesting crops, the crops will break. But when I go to replant, the full grown crop comes back immediately. Items have been disappearing from furnaces without them being taken out by anyone. Also the furnace progress bar will get stuck or won't load properly when there is no items in the furnace

Please put only one bug report in each ticket. It is very difficult to keep track of bugs when they are not in their own tickets, and it is easier for you to make multiple tickets than for the mods to separate them.
Two of the issues you've mentioned have already been reported at MCPE-63099 and MCPE-65291.
