It seems that there are no issues within Minecraft's servers. It might be because your friend has a weak internet connection.
لا اعلم كيف اشرح ولاكن من اريد ان انضم على صديقي لا يمكنني ان انضم وحتى هو والكثير من الناس في المجتمعات في بلاي ستيشن ٤ ولا اعلم ما هي المشكلة،وبعض الناس يمكنهم ان ينضمون على عوالم اصدقائهم
