Summary:
When Outline Selection is disabled, pointing the crosshair at a blank banner causes the Snout banner pattern to appear on it.
Steps to Reproduce:
Disable Outline Selection in Video Settings
Place a blank banner
Point the crosshair at the banner
Observed Results:
The Snout banner pattern appears on the banner.
Expected Results:
The Snout banner pattern should not appear on banners that haven't had the pattern applied to it.

It’s also a problem on iOS devices. I’m using an iPad Mini (5th Generation) and also saw a report of another user using an iPhone 7.
