Zombie Pigmen walking around will die at day and instead of dropping what they drop, they will drop a feather. Have Zombie properties at day.

Deviations from other editions of the game are not necessarily bugs. Simple as that.
Hint: when people fill out proper tickets following the guidelines (including the parts where they clearly show that something is a bug), I'm a lot less inclined to close them as quickly as possible.
The zombie piglin never will die with the sun, remenber zombie pigman or piglin zombified doesnt die because if a piglin enter in the overworld becomes zombified, but they dont die in overworld, unicly the get zombified, the zombie pigman or piglin zombie or piglin zombie never will die in overworld even if the sun take their skin they never dies
It's not clear that this is a bug. It could be intentional, or an unfinished feature. If you think the behavior should change, file an improvement suggestion, explaining in detail how it behaves now, giving a detailed proposal for how it should behave, and providing justification for why it should behave like that.
