This spruce tree is a new type or is it affected by bugs? I also did not understand that I found a short spruce tree and only 9 leaves.
Step to reproduce:
Look for spruce biomes with seed 15022020 with coordinate 85, 68, -199

You can grow them from a sapling as well. I have actually seen one with just the 5 leaf blocks on the top.
