Blackstone cannot be used to repair stone tools and weapons in an anvil

Summary:
Blackstone cannot be used to repair stone tools and weapons in an anvil.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Obtain blackstone and a damaged stone tool/weapon

2. Place the blackstone and damaged stone tool/weapon into an anvil

Observed Results:
Stone tools/weapons cannot be repaired using blackstone.

Expected Results:
Stone tools/weapons can be repaired using blackstone.

no bugs tbh, justa bright idea that could be added:

since that blackstone works as cobblestone in the nether,is it possible to make an update that allows stone tools to be repaired w blackstone in an anvil?

if u havent added this yet, this could be a nice feature.
