You can die in creative mode

How do you do it?

It seems to be height-relevant. When I died, I dropped from height limit and fell ~100 blocks.

Awaiting more details from OP regarding HOW his character managed to die, so we can attempt to replicate the event.

Cleaning through old issues. Resolving as incomplete due to a lack of info on how to reproduce the bug.
