When I enter in the game with the account we're I have everything it collapses the Nintendo switch and then I need to open it again and I can't enter the game in that account but yes with the others

Does it give you a black screen, or take you back to the Switch home screen?

It's just black screen it's not in the home menu the Nintendo can't turn on so I need to quit the game card and turn it on

Could you try letting it sit with the black screen for up to 20 minutes, and see if Minecraft eventually loads?

It worked but by a weird reason now I can't buy anything in the shop but I can enter because I have a Nintendo account, also THANK YOU

I’m not sure about the marketplace issue, that could be a another bug. The long-lasting black screen in Nintendo Switch is a known issue that we are tracking at MCPE-62708. I will have this report closed as a duplicate. Please add your vote to the parent ticket and share any new information by commenting over there.

I can enter the game now but it says when I enter a map an error occurred please help me and I can't enter the marketplace I it says error in the account but I have Microsoft and Nintendo accounts help me please 🙏
