Mob AI for certain Mobs has been weird for the last few updates in that Villagers will spin around on beds when a work station is right next to it. Blaze will jump around instead of path finding in an enclosed blaze farm most of the time and Bees will sometimes think hives are full and will not enter them at night when in there is clearly room for them or being able to leave the nest despite there being a campfire under it.
