Command Blocks that are unloaded, or have been unloaded are not updating properly. Ex: Always active repeating command blocks not working.

Yeah sure Sean, you can reset them manually, but then they shutdown again at random.
Meanwhile, I have like two hundred repeating command blocks across a massive realm with a dozen people on it. You can't manually reset all that, even if you can find all of them.
This bug is driving me crazy. We have a sorts of adventure areas with dozens of blocks generating adventure elements and they're all just freezing up. That's not even counting the "bound box" structure block problem that makes all our inventions super obvious and fake looking.
What the heck Mojang. Get it together already.
Yeah Snir, don't even get me started on the chain blocks. lol
We have a couple chain blocks linked on a ghost ship that creates a captain with special equipment and abilities. We have the ghost ship disappear in the morning and spawn at night.
However, every time the ship reappears at night, the chain blocks are all reset to impulse, so the chain doesn't work. Driving. Me. Bonkers.
Can't make content for people if your command blocks don't work Mojang!

I have come across this before, but not in the past month. What I did to fix this is to make the repeating command block an impulse, wait, then put it back to repeat.
