Hi John,
Please don't open a new report if you know of an existing report, comment on the existing report with the new information.
If this screenshot was taken after immediately logging in please head over to MCPE-58182 and add steps on how you reproduced it in 1.16.0.58 including, if you can, a map download if you're able to do it reliably on your map.
However if you had just returned from another dimension its possible you are instead affected by MCPE-69037 which also makes light not work correctly and is new.
