[MCPE-74613] Mending enchantment does not work on tools

Mending enchantment does not work on any of my tools(armor still works) , XP goes straight into XP bar.

Also affects 1.16.0.59, i wanted to report this issue but then i found this. So, hopefully this gets fixed for both versions

Remove your mending armor. XP goes to random mending item and if this item is fully repaired already it will go to player XP. Therefore, if you are wearing 4 pieces of mending armor, only 1 in 5 xp will go towards repearing your tool.
