[MCPE-75416] Warped Nylium getting stuck in inventory

After collecting a block of Warped Nylium with a stone pickaxe, it gets stuck in inventory and looks similar to a spawn egg.

I get that but with the 'grass' in the warped forest

It is the grass however grass from before this update is still the correct item

Hi Daniel,

Are you positive this was warped nylium? I'm only able to reproduce with the nether sprout (MCPE-74339) which may have been on top of the block you broke.
