[MCPE-7575] Mooshroom Bowl Duplication

When you "Get Stew" from a mooshroom it adds the mushroom stew to the inventory, but doesn't get rid of the empty bowl in your hand. Basically, it duplicates the bowl.

Re-resolving as fixed as of 1.0.2... this bug was probably fixed WAY earlier, though.
