This is not a bug. Andesite, Granite, and Diorite are three new kinds of stone. Please don't post a bug unless you are 100% sure it's a bug.
Is your game's difficulty setting set to peaceful? If you're playing on peaceful they won't spawn.
I'm not going through all this bs to prove it doesn't work. Go try it yourself with a flint and steel on a woodland mansion. The structure doesn't burn down like you'd think. Anyway I stopped playing because of the disappointing 1.17 update. So I don't care about this.
