Beacon beam is invisible

If you create a functioning beacon, you will notice that there is no light beam. I found this bug in both windows 10 and android edition

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Build a beacon base

  2. Place a beacon in the center of the base

Observed Results:
The beacon beam is invisible.

Expected Results:
The beacon beam should be visible.

@bugsbugsbugs This is actually novel to the 1.15 & 1.16 betas.

(Unless you mean it's related in that the same code is what's wrong with it).

This is duplicated by MCPE-69442 (1.15 RTX) & MCPE-76708.

@Douglas F Correa I just meant that it could be related to it, because it is a simelar issue, where the beacon beam disappears when being far away from it. (The distance where you can see it is too low on bedrock Edition.)
