[MCPE-76393] Can't sign in and won't update I have the 1.13.1 update.

I can't sign in to my Microsoft account and it will not update to the bedrock update plz fix this please I really want to play your game really bad please. I beg you. I have the 1.13.1

1.13.1 is extremely old, please update to the latest release version and try again. If you're unable to update please head over to the community support discord (linked below) and they may be able to assist.

maybe the 1.14 update isn't compatible on your specific android device. to make it easier, please specify your android version.
