Hello, I've been having a bit of trouble with my MCPE. My skins have been completely wiped, and whenever I search them through " 'user's' skins" nothing pops up, so I pressed the search button. I typed in the keyword to the skin pack, and it said that there was no skin packs or other products with the name. I decided to search up other skin packs, but nothing came up. I decided to go to the Marketplace, and it says i'm not connected to the internet. I am able to access my internet, and my internet is working just fine. I closed out the app, but I ended up with the same results. My friend, who plays on PS4 also has the same problem. I'm not sure if its just certain platforms, or just Mobile, and PS4. No error pops up on my screen, and Iโm logged into my microsoft account.ย everything else seems to be working.
