I created a compact red coder and I haven't finish yet the comparator is working. I didn't put input yet but the comparator work.
I didn't know if it is working as intended and it will be helpful for my future redstone project.

Its not clear (at least to me) what you think the bug is.
You have a powered redstone line (indicated by the powered comparator at the bottom of the screenshot) running into that block which would power it?
Please describe where in your screenshots you believe the bug to be and why.
