Im having problems with 64x , 128x, and 256x packs in my lower end device. Everytime i load in for example a 64x pack, it would say resource pack fallback and the tectures become very buggy and i lag and it crashes my game. Its happening every single time amd every day as well

How much RAM does your device have? Higher resolution resource packs use significantly more than lower res, so your Android device might not have enough to support the packs.

here is what you need to do in order to get this bug.
use a lower end phone and a mid end phone
use a 256x, 128x or even 64x pack
see if it work
observed results; there is a drop down saying resource pack fallback and makes some of blocks and items 8x and very glitchy and very laggy
expected results: its should work . there will be a little lag but it will work. there should be no drop down saying resource pack fallback
