It does not contain enough information and as such, we've unable to understand or reproduce the bug. How and when the minecarts despawn is critical to understanding what bug you are affected by. MCPE-16863 describes loss of minecarts during a crash (which can be different kinds of sudden app closures), MCPE-21416 describes random losses.
