After my world reaches 50 mb size, every autosave chunks don't properly load and blocks lag after breaking them. Monsters don't despawn, hunger can't be filled when half of 1 hunger point missing. When you eat something character still eat even if hunger already filled. After you explore enough, world starts to lag and autosaves make it even worse.
