My family's accounts are not affected by this, but mine is, so it has me concerned as to why. I don't know why I keep recieving an error message that there is a problem with my account and that I won't be able to use marketplace until Minecraft has resolved the issue.
Can someone please let me know as to why this may occur to my account and not affect family accounts?
And also, how long until this is resolved?

I have the same problem since 1 week and it's prevent me from connect myself on multiplayer mode and "erase" the skin what i've done with the skin creator in game.
I realy hope what this bug can be resolved fast.
I have been dealing with error since shortly after v1.13 to bedrock edition for Nintendo switch. Marketplace has no access at all. And the game itself constantly shows errors before loading up a worlds.
The Nintendo switch itself has to be reset at least three or more times before playing.
And the skin customization has been having issues as well primarily just loading up any of the options
I have had this issue too since the middle of December '19.
I am getting an error message in my market place and am being told that I cannot access the market place or use any of my DLC until the issue is resolved, but when I click on the "help.mojang.com"button it says the web page cannot be displayed.

I was logged in via my Nintendo ID/account.
My Family do not have these issues. I wonder if there is a theme that it is the primary account that is always the problem.
I emailed customer support who eventually replied with a message about how to redeem a windows 10 code for Java users. Not helpful at all. I have pointed this out to them and am, again, awaiting a reply.
I am having a similar issue on the Nintendo Switch, although it is reporting Error Code Number -9. The console ends the software operation and gives a warning screen about an error occurring.

I am encountering the same issue. I have uploaded a photo of my loading screen. Also - when I visited my realm, the realm could not connect with the Egyptian Mythology resource pack that I purchased through marketplace, and we are actively using on the realm. All graphics in the realm have reverted back to vanilla minecraft.
