I have had this issue too since the middle of December '19. I am getting an error message in my market place and am being told that I cannot access the market place or use any of my DLC until the issue is resolved, but when I click on the "help.mojang.com"button it says the web page cannot be displayed. The error number is: -3 ID Number: a5ae628d-732b-41db-a8a0-2b5be954edcd I was logged in via my Nintendo ID/account.
My Family do not have these issues. I wonder if there is a theme that it is the primary account that is always the problem.
I emailed customer support who eventually replied with a message about how to redeem a windows 10 code for Java users. Not helpful at all. I have pointed this out to them and am, again, awaiting a reply.
