Monsters spawn at light level of 9/10/11/12/13/14/15

All around my house is full of light but monsters spawn in a light level of 9,10,11,12,13,14 and 15.

Last time, spiders and creepers spawn at light level of 9 and higher. After I opened my door house, I saw spider waiting there. I don't know how did it get inside. My house is full of light level of 13. Lower, upper and very upper too has 13/14 light level. I don't even know what happened but all doors in my house are closed. 

 

 

how to reproduce:

 

Build a Huge house with 21 block horizontally and 15 blocks vertically

step 2:

Light up all the around the room

 

step 3: 

Try to load chunk by walking 32 blocks away from your house

 Go back to your huge house after walking 32 blocks away.

Then see what happened. Spiders, skeletons and Creeper spawn directly inside the house & breaking the rule of Monster spawning light level

Unfortunately, it is not clear in your pictures that light levels are >7 on every block. It is difficult to count spaces across a wood plank floor, and it is difficult to see light levels in the daytime. However, it is clear that not every block in your rooms is at 13 or 14 as your description implies, so I'm not sure you've calculated the levels correctly. If you could take screenshots at night time, with smooth lighting turned off, and with brightness turned down, it would be easier to see the light levels. I would also be happy to look at a copy of your world save, if you'd like to share it.

Please note that in previous versions of Minecraft, it was common for the cave monster cap to be filled by monsters hidden in small, inaccessible caves. The chance of this happening would increase as you spent time in an area, for example building a base or exploring and the lighting visible caves. With the new despawning system in 1.16, the hidden monsters are now able to despawn regularly, so new ones can spawn in other places. Monsters should now regularly respawn on full blocks in places you have already visited but have not fully lit.
