Can't close, manage, replace, or create realms, but I can enter them. When I try to replace them, it loads to 100% and says something along the lines of "success" but it says there was an error. Please help. I'm paying for this!!!

This is possibly related to the Marketplace outage currently ongoing (MCPE-80990 / https://twitter.com/MojangStatus/status/1266211734936858625?s=20).
I would suggest keeping an eye on that outage and trying again when its resolved. If it continues to happen you will need to contact Mojang Customer Support for assistance. The bug tracker is manned by volunteers so we've not got the capability to assist.
