If you look closely at a big surface made entirely of the same colored block (preferably a dark color), then you'll be able to notice the weird "stitching" that appears in-between the blocks.
You can reproduce this bug by building a flat 10x10 square with coal blocks, then looking down at it while in the sky. If you're not able to see the glitch, then try to make the square bigger or try looking at it from slightly different angles from the top. You should be able to notice the weird cyan lines between the blocks.
This glitch also happens to be more intense with bigger surfaces when looked at from far away.

This is still occuring in the latest version. I have attached an image of this being reproduced in version 0.12.2
It is still happening in version 0.13.1. And I cannot use clay blocks since it will make builds ugly...
Confirmed for 0.10.4 on iPhone 6 plus (iOS 8.2). Explanation: stripes colored inversely to the blocks they are observed on appear when the Player's vision is perfectly aligned with terrain. It only seems to occur when facing a certain direction from the spawn.
Tested in creative mode while flying, with all graphics options. A similar graphical issue occurs past x/z 16,777,216, the Stripe Lands, to which this may be related.
